By using Helmari you agree to these terms. We expect you to use the service in good faith and in compliance with the law.

1. Account responsibility

You're responsible for the secrecy of your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, end all sessions in /settings/privacy and reset your password. Users under 13 are not accepted.

2. Content + conduct

Copyright infringement, hate speech, CSAM, fraud, doxxing are prohibited. Accounts violating the Community Guidelines may receive warnings, server/voice bans, or permanent suspension.

3. Service provision

We strive to keep the service safe and continuous, but it's provided 'as is'. Liability for scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages is limited.

4. Termination

You can delete your account in /settings/privacy (30-day grace period). Helmari may suspend accounts that violate the Community Guidelines or the law.
